Delete your Zayd account

You can permanently delete your Zayd account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. From within the app (recommended)

1. Open the Zayd app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

2. If you no longer have the app installed

Email zaydsupport@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, phone number, and email.
• Saved delivery addresses.
• Order, delivery, and bus-booking history.
• Uploaded documents — payment proof and any identity photos.
• Your notification (push) token.

Some transaction records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations), after which they are also deleted. This data is not used for any other purpose.
